To create and manage users, click on
“Users” in the Project Explorer under Security. By clicking on the button with the shield symbol, you can activate the security system and deactivate it again at any time.

Create a new user in the “User properties” window that opens.
Enter the name of the user under “Login”
You can enter the user’s address under “E-mail”.
You can also assign the created user a“Default language” and a“Default view“, which the user is automatically directed to when logging in.
You can choose from the various views that you have created in advance. You can find out how to create views in the chapter “Adding views“.
The“default language” is taken from the
“translation texts” is used.
Enter a password for the user and decide whether the user must change their password when logging in for the first time using the“Must change password” checkbox. You can also specify the login attempts here.

“Save” your entries to create the new user.

You can then add another user or edit existing users.
